Assessment of marketing of property on agent's website; mystery shopper phone call; itemised feedback; fact sheet "How to prepare for a viewing."
- 2 hr walk through and verbal consultation
Inside and out, our consultant will identify problem areas, and recommend actions to be taken to achieve the best selling price in the shortest time. Prices from £125*
- Written illustrated report
After the walk through, why not follow up with a full report? It contains a diagnosis with prescribed action to take, including: 'before' photos, list of trades people, recommended paint colours, suggested furniture placement, ideas for lighting, window treatment and accessories. Prices from £150*
- Hands-on Home Staging
Taking our advice and getting your house ready for that 'hot moment' when it goes on the market? Whether you need help de-cluttering or 'dressing ship' you can hire our consultant to lend a hand. Hourly rate £45.
- Project Management
Hire our consultant to co-ordinate the work you need to have done, returning at any stage during the project or on completion to provide those stylish finishing touches. Hourly rate £45.

Styling spaces will go in, add furniture, artwork and accessories; the photography comes next, and then Styling Spaces can either clear the space again or arrange to leave it, on a rental basis, for viewings. Either way, viewers get to visualise just how good that space can be.

Need help with finding the right accessory, fabric or wallpaper? This shopping service is designed for you. Hourly rate applies.
- Customised artwork
Match your artwork to your décor with our customised service. From £30 for a canvas in acrylics, emulsion and metallic leaf.
